We are halfway through our 4-week national lockdown; our Vans are out collecting the length and breadth of the country.
Although we, as a business, anticipated a drop off on collections, we have found this not to be the case. Demand from our clients is still strong and we have a full diary until the second week of December. With this in mind, our #1 priority is to keep customers & colleagues safe.
We’re taking all sorts of precautions in our to keep things safe:
- All our staff, both internally and externally, are provided with all aspects of PPE, including full face mask to be worn at all times, gloves and copious amounts of hand sanitiser.
- Hand sanitisers are placed across the site and in vans and are encouraging staff to sanitise before and after every collection
- Dedicated timed collections
- Transfer of custody forms, receipts need not be signed and we are exercising the 2 metre rule wherever possible
Collections can be booked through the normal channels.
